The best way to learn about soaring is to visit us for an introductory flight with one of our experienced flying instructors.
- Gift Certificates are available upon request. There is no expiry date on purchases.
- The passenger must sign a Waiver of Indemnity. For persons under age 18, parents or legal guardians must be present to sign the waiver. Please click on the following bold text to review the Waiver of Indemnity .
- Introductory rides are available on weekends and holidays only. We recommend you arrive between 11am and 2pm)
- There is no booking system, however if your group is more than 3 people – please contact us in advance. (email below)
- Gliding is weather dependent – winds need to be < 30kph, cloud ceiling of 3000ft (basically a nice day)
- Introductory flights are typically 20-30 minutes long – each with a licensed instructor. (glider will be towed to 3000 feet on weaker days.)
- The passenger weight limit in the glider is 242 lbs.
- You can purchase online below with a credit or debit card or pay at the airfield via interact e-transfer or cash (may not be able to make change so bring correct amount). Proof of payment required before flight.
